コレクターとしての村松孝尚

私のコレクターとしての旅は40年近く続いている、旅というより冒険、探検の類と言ってもいい。

私は、アートは未来からの予言だと思っている。EdiもNorbertも出会った時は予言だった、今は時代を的確に映している。私のコレクターとしてのセンサーは30年前、15年前にその予言に反応した。

ギャラリーは様々でそれぞれの存在理由がありそれがギャラリーのスタイルともなってくる。そういう意味で私は Matsunoichi.gallery から時代を映したいと考えている。コレクターとしてのセンサーとギャラリストとしての視点で自分を表現していきたい。

As a collector, I have been on an adventure and exploration for almost 40 years. I believe that art is a form of prophecy from the future.

When I discovered Edi Dubien, B.O.R.N., and other artists we have shown, I felt that it predicted the future we are experiencing now. My instincts as a collector reacted to their work, which was a prophecy, 15-30 years ago.

Every gallery has its own reason for existence, which becomes the gallery's style. I aim to reflect the era through Matsunoichi.gallery and express myself from the perspective of both a collector and a gallerist.
